The PSSRD mainly collected the 249,822 SSRs from 3,951,919 gene sequences of 112 plant species. PSSRD provides the browse, charts, tools, download, resource, contact, and help interfaces. We believe that this website will helped users to easily query, compare and download SSR markers, primer, and functional annotation of several or all species simultaneously. The website will also continue to be updated with new dataset or tools, and will provide rich marker resources for research and breeding in the future.
